The Citrus County Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals are dedicated to making the community we live in a better place for all citizens. The YPs strive to connect, engage and empower young professionals in their professional and personal lives.
Our Mission Is to connect, engage and empower young professionals throughout Citrus County. Our Objective Is to make Citrus County a better place to live, work, play and stay by organizing networking, professional development and community involvement opportunities for young professionals. Networking As relationships are built, so is trust. YPs provides a platform for young professionals to connect and establish partnerships that positively affect the overall success of their business. Every YP event is an opportunity to connect with new people and develop a network of individuals who support your professional and personal endeavors. Professional Development Whether through educational programs, seminars, workshops or print and electronic materials, YPs further develops the professional knowledge, skills and abilities needed for career advancement Community Involvement YP commits, above all things, to make Citrus County a better place to live, work, play and stay. Every other month the Young Professionals take the opportunity to discover adventure in Citrus County. Excursions like ziplining BLINDFOLDED at Treetop Adventures at Faith Haven, taking the scenic route with Crystal River Segway Tours, or really ‘bonding’ at The Crystal River Escape Room!
