Josh Wooten, President/CEO
A Florida native, Josh Wooten has called Citrus County home for over 25 years. A small business owner or employee his entire adult life, he had already been a longtime member of the Chamber when he was tapped for the position of President/CEO in March 2009. Josh’s community involvement is extensive. He served as County Commissioner from 2000 – 2004. He was a founder and board member of Keep Citrus Beautiful, and has served on numerous state and local boards including the Citrus Memorial Health System Advisory Board and the Citrus County Stakeholder’s Advisory Group. As Chamber President, he is actively involved with the Citrus County Economic Development Council on a daily basis.
Cira Schnettler, Administrative Services & Finance
Cira joined the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce team as administrative manager in March 2010. She earned her Associates of Arts degree from the College of Central Florida in 1997. Prior to coming to the Chamber she was the administrative assistant to the Citrus County Economic Development Council. Cira is also a small business owner and brings with her human resources and bookkeeping experience.
Tobey Phillips, Special Events & Community Outreach
Tobey is also a Citrus County native. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in education from the University of South Florida, Tobey spent 11 years working for the Citrus County School System. She has been active in the community, involved with the American Cancer Society, Citrus County Harvest, and Altrusa. Tobey joined the Chamber team in 2011; she handles all the Special Events and Community Outreach.
Keith Pullias, Membership & Marketing
Ardath Prendergast, Executive Assistant
Ardath joined the Chamber in January 2011 as Executive Secretary to President/CEO Josh Wooten. She had over 25 years of experience in the legal and non-profit fields in Orlando, Dallas, Washington, DC, Atlanta before coming to Citrus County in 2004.
Cindi Fein, Administrative Assistant
Cindi joined the Chamber in November of 2011 as our Senior Administrative Specialist. She combines her Public Relations degree with more than 25 years of customer service skills and her enthusiasm for maximizing the use of our available technology. An Illinois native, Cindi comes to us most recently from the Vicksburg-Warren County Chamber of Commerce in Mississippi.
